8 October 2008: v2.2.1

1.Added command line option to select user profile at startup
2.Fixed a problem looking up place names using www.geonames.org when the PC's regional settings are set to use comma as the decimal separator

1.Added support for user profiles
2.Added place name lookup using GPS data and www.geonames.org
3.Added {cc1,str}, {cc2,str} and {cc3,str} tokens for converting between two and three character country codes and looking up country names
4.Added the following new tokens for extracting parts of strings: {left,n,str}, {mid,n,m,str}, {right,n,str}, {first,str}, {last,str}, {default,str1,str2}
5.Fixed problems geo-tagging JPEGs which already contain a GPS IFD and added diagnostic "Check GPS data" right click option

1.New thumbnail display making it easier to identify the contents of a memory card and select images for downloading
2.New automatic GPS geo-tagging of JPEG and raw images as they are downloaded using GPS track log data from devices such as the Sony GPS-CS1. Also optionally creates track log files which can be viewed in Google Earth or Google Maps
3.Added date based job codes making it easier to download memory cards containing different subjects shot on different days
4.Added support for IPTC/XMP metadata for compatibility with apps like Photoshop and BreezeBrowser Pro
5.Backup plug-in now supports one or two backups allowing two backup copies of images to be made as images are downloaded
6.New sequence numbering tokens added to make it easier to have continuous numbering when downloading images from multiple memory cards.
7.New more flexible token format to avoid possible conflicts with certain sequences (automatically updated from the old format when Downloader Pro v2 is run)
8.Added support for Hasselblad raw files
9.Settings can now be saved to a Windows registry file for backup purposes or when copying settings to another PC
10.Now works with AutoPlay on Windows Vista (allowing Downloader Pro to be launched automatically when a memory card is placed in a card reader)

2.Added BreezeBrowser Pro style tokens for extracting shooting data from images for inclusion in the IPTC data
3.Added auto sRGB/AdobeRGB color profile selection based on the shooting data in the image to the JPEG auto profile plug-in

1.Minor update to fix a problem reading the shutter activation count (%r8 token) from images from Nikon digital SLRs. Also fixed a problem writing the values of some "numbered" tokens to IPTC data.
