If the slideshow transitions are very slow it may be because the graphics adaptor on your computer does not have hardware acceleration. This can be a problem with older graphics cards or when using USB to VGA adaptors to connect an external monitor to the computer. If this is a problem on your system please use either the "none" slideshow transition or the "mosaic" slideshow transition. These slideshow transitions have been optimized so that they do not require hardware graphics acceleration and should run without any problems on slow graphics cards.
Recent Windows Updates may cause problems when using the Twitter Hashtag Monitor on Windows 7. This can result in "ERROR content=0" messages when downloading JPEG images. Please consider using a more recent version of Windows (e.g. Windows 10 or Windows 8.1) to avoid problems when running the Twitter Hashtag Monitor.
Recent changes made by SmugMug may cause uploads using SmugMug Uploader v1.0 to fail with the error "oauth_problem=nonce_used". This problem has been fixed in SmugMug Uploader v1.0.1 which is a free update for all users with a valid license for Hotfolder Prints v1.60. You can update to the latest version of the SmugMug Uploader by downloading Hotfolder Prints v1.60 again from the downloads page and reinstalling.
Alternatively download SmugMugUploader101.zip, unzip the file and copy SmugMugUploader.exe into the installation folder, overwriting the copy that is already there. The installation folder is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Breezesys\Hotfolder Prints.
Download Hotfolder Prints v1.60 from the downloads page
You can verify the version of the SmugMug Uploader by running the program and checking the name displayed in the window title bar. If it is v1.0.1 or later it will display the version number after program name e.g. "Breeze Systems SmugMug Uploader v1.0.1":
