Try before you buy: All products can be downloaded and tried before you buy. When you decide to buy there is no need to download the software again - simply place your order and then enter your registration code to unlock the software. This "try before you buy" approach allows you to use the software on your system and thoroughly evaluate its usefulness before making a purchase. This is your guarantee that the software will perform to your satisfaction. Refunds are not available once the software has been purchased.

On weekdays you will normally be sent an email with your registration details within 12 hours of your payment being accepted. Payments made at weekends may not be processed until the next working day.

Note: European Union residents paying through RegSoft will be charged sales tax according to country of residence e.g. UK customers will be charged 17.5% VAT. Companies registered for VAT within the European Union (other than the UK) will not be charged VAT when paying through RegSoft provided a valid VAT registration number is supplied on the order form. UK companies will be provided with an electronic online VAT receipt which can be used to claim the VAT back.

Refund Policy: Please try the software before you buy as refunds cannot be given once the software has been purchased.

Archiving your software: All products are only available by downloading from our website and are not available on CD. If you wish to make a copy of the installation program for archive purposes you can do this at any time by right clicking the appropriate product download button and selecting "Save Target As..." from the menu. You can then transfer this copy on to a CD or other storage medium, leave on your computer or store a backup on another computer.

All products include one year's free upgrades from the date of purchase. This means you may upgrade to any version released within one year of your purchase. At the end of the year you can continue to use the product for as long as you like. There may be a charge to upgrade to versions released more than one year after your purchase.

All products come with a single user license which entitles you to install the software on up to two machines provided only one copy is used at any given time. For example this means you may install one copy on your desktop PC and a second copy on your laptop. Please see the end user license agreement for further details.
