On weekdays you will normally be sent an email with your registration details within 12 hours of your payment being accepted. Payments made at weekends may not be processed until the next working day.
Note: European Union residents paying through Plimus will be charged sales tax according to country of residence e.g. UK customers will be charged VAT at the current rate. Companies registered for VAT within the European Union will not be charged VAT provided a valid VAT registration number is supplied on the order form.
Refund Policy: Please try the software before you buy as refunds cannot
be given once the software has been purchased.

Archiving your software: All products are only available by downloading from our website and are not available on CD. If you wish to make a copy of the installation program for archive purposes you can do this at any time by right clicking the appropriate product download button and selecting "Save Target As..." from the menu. You can then transfer this copy on to a CD or other storage medium, leave on your computer or store a backup on another computer.
All products include one year's free upgrades from the date of
purchase. This means you may upgrade to any version released within one year of your purchase. At the end of the year you can continue to use the product for as long as you like. There may be a charge to upgrade to versions released more than one year after your purchase.
Each PSRemote Multi-Camera licence is a single user, non-transferable licence. It entitles the licence holder to install the software on up to two computers, provided only one copy is used at any given time. If this purchase is for somebody else you must tell us at the time of order. Please see the end user license agreement for further details.
